NutraFlora FOS is a pleasant-tasting natural fiber comprised of concentrated Fructooligosaccharides (FOS), a non-digestible carbohydrate which aids the growth of beneficial intestinal bacteria such as Bifidus and Acidophilus.
Directions
Begin with 1/2 teaspoon daily added to water or juice. Gradually increase quantity up to 2 teaspoons daily, as desired. For maintenance use, consume 1/2 teaspoon daily.
Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
